Important information about personalised orders, shipping, cancellation, return, refund and support at GiftWithLove.in.
Terms & Conditions
- By using GiftWithLove.in or placing an order, you agree to these terms and policies.
- Product images are for reference. Final colour, placement, print size or finish may vary slightly depending on screen settings, material and production process.
- Prices, offers, product availability and delivery estimates can change without prior notice.
- We may contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp for order confirmation, personalisation details, shipping updates or support.
Personalised Products
- Personalised products are made using the name, photo, message, design choice or other details submitted by you.
- Please check spelling, dates, names, photos and custom instructions carefully before checkout.
- We may review uploaded content for basic production suitability, but the accuracy of submitted details remains the customer responsibility.
- Clear, bright and high-resolution photos give the best result. Blurry, dark, cropped or low-quality photos may affect final output.
- Orders with incomplete or unclear custom details may be delayed while our team contacts you for confirmation.
Orders & Payments
- Your order is confirmed after successful checkout or order confirmation from our team.
- Online payments are handled through secure payment providers. GiftWithLove.in does not store card or banking details.
- Cash on Delivery is available only on eligible products and locations. Some personalised or made-to-order products may require prepaid payment.
- If payment is deducted but order confirmation is not received, contact us with payment reference, email and phone number.
Shipping Policy
- Delivery time depends on product production time, personalisation work, courier serviceability and destination.
- Dispatch may take longer during festivals, sale periods, bulk orders or if custom details are pending.
- Once shipped, courier tracking details may be shared on the Track Order page or through customer support.
- Courier delays due to weather, strikes, remote location, incorrect address or customer unavailability are outside our direct control.
- Please enter a complete delivery address, correct pincode and reachable phone number to avoid delays.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation is possible only before production, printing, engraving, packing or dispatch has started.
- For personalised products, cancellation may not be accepted after customisation work begins.
- To request cancellation, email contact@giftwithlove.in with your invoice number, registered email and phone number.
- If cancellation is approved, refund eligibility will depend on order status and payment method.
Return & Refund Policy
- Personalised products are specially made for you, so returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, wrong or missing items.
- Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with invoice number, product photos, package photos and an unboxing video if available.
- If the mistake is from our side, we will offer a suitable resolution such as replacement, correction or refund after review.
- If incorrect name, photo, message, address or custom detail was submitted by the customer, replacement or refund may not be possible.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or another support-approved mode. Bank/payment provider timelines may apply.
Content & Photo Uploads
- You confirm that you have permission to use any photo, logo, name, message or artwork uploaded for customisation.
- Do not upload unlawful, abusive, hateful, copyrighted or inappropriate content.
- We may refuse, cancel or hold an order if uploaded content is unsuitable for production or violates these terms.

- For order help, tracking, cancellation, return or refund support, email contact@giftwithlove.in.
- Please include your invoice number, registered email or phone number, product name and clear issue details.
- Support responses are usually shared within 24 working hours, but may take longer during high order volume.
