What We Delete
After verifying the request, we delete or anonymise personal profile, support and marketing information that is no longer required to provide service.
Information We May Keep
Some order, payment, invoice, delivery or fraud-prevention records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting or security reasons.
Instagram Data
Our Instagram feed integration is used only to show GiftwithLove posts on the website. We do not store personal Instagram visitor data through this feed.
Processing Time
We aim to review deletion requests within 7 business days after receiving enough information to verify the request.
